Process approval module
With the Process Approval module, a print workflow can be stopped. It only continues running when the user specified in the module approves or rejects the process in the WebClient (Process Approval area). If the workflow is not approved before the maximum runtime of the workflow is reached, it is automatically deleted, see also Workflow Settings.

The module can occur several times in the workflow.

The placement of the module is not restricted. However, different effects result depending on at which points the module is used.

The module can be connected to all modules (this can result in nonsensical workflows).

No restrictive modules.

Approved: The module to be executed if one of the users specified in the module has approved the process follows here.
Rejected: The module to be executed if one of the users specified in the module has rejected the process follows here.

Specify here which users may approve the process. If several users are specified, it is sufficient for one of these users to approve the process (OR operation). If several users have to approve the process, several process approval modules can be inserted one after the other.
